麦岭沙社区是双浦镇下辖的社区，位于镇域北部，靠近杭新景高速的杭千南收费站，东面临钱塘江。2010年4月由麦岭沙行政村撤村建居而成。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

建国初这里隶属杭县新宁乡，分有三个农业社。1958年归上泗公社回龙管理区，称麦岭沙生产队；1961年改为袁浦公社的麦岭沙大队，1966年一度称前进大队，1981年又回到麦岭沙大队之名，1984年定为麦岭沙行政村。[1]

社区下分麦岭沙、南王、下沙三个片组。2021年6月，社区获认定为「第二批浙江省高质量就业社区（村）」。[1]
