双浦镇是浙江省杭州市西湖区下辖的镇，位于区境西南部，距杭州市中心约十五公里。镇域南侧濒富春江，东南隔江与萧山相望，西南与富阳接壤，北面与西湖区转塘街道相邻。2007年，原袁浦镇与周浦乡的建制在此时撤销，并入新设的双浦镇。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期，此地的村落先后归属新兰、普宁、小沙三个乡管辖。1949年6月这里设上泗区，同年又分出新宁、东清、周浦等乡，属杭县。杭县撤销后，其地并入杭州市郊区，之后设立上泗公社，下分袁浦、东清、周浦、社井四个管理区。1961年，四个管理区归并为袁浦、周浦两个公社；1984年两社改为乡制。1995年，袁浦乡升为袁浦镇。[2]

2007年，原袁浦镇与周浦乡合并组成双浦镇，转塘镇的回龙、何家埠两村也一并划入。以2021年10月31日的口径计，全镇分为9个社区和21个行政村。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

镇内的锦绣风水洞在灵山西山国家森林公园的灵山风景区中，是一座水陆兼备的溶洞，长逾1200米，占地约9200平方米。洞口留有「云泉灵洞」题刻，以及唐代至清代的摩崖石刻，其中摩崖题记列入杭州市第二批市级文物保护范围。北宋《杭州图经》记其旧名恩德洞，唐代称恩德寺，宋代改称慈严寺。[4]
