三墩镇位于杭州市西湖区西北部，东接拱墅区，西北与余杭区接壤，是一座水乡古镇。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

南宋淳祐七年（1247年），这里叫三堆，归钱塘县调露乡管辖；明末清初发展为集镇，仍隶钱塘县。[3]

1930年，此地称三墩里。1949年8月，三墩镇人民政府成立。1958年，这里成为杭州市三墩人民公社辖下的一个管理区；1961年7月，城镇部分恢复镇名，划归余杭县。[3]

西行乡在1985年并入，双桥乡与蒋村乡于1992年并入，1996年5月三墩划归西湖区。[3]

博雅地名网认为建镇可上溯到南宋以前。1998年，省里组织小城镇验收，三墩被列为首批村镇建设现代化试点镇。[2]

地名[edit]

三墩又称杉墩、珊墩，古称兰里。[5]

地名取自境内三处较大的水上土墩，它们是文星墩、灯彩墩和水月墩。[2]据传，唐贞观年间（公元627年），尉迟恭带兵在此疏浚苕溪支流，并用杉木搭起浮桥，此地因而称杉墩。[2]

民俗[edit]

每逢元宵前后，三墩要办灯会，各行业店铺合制彩灯上街，其中龙灯规模最大，狮子灯最活跃，拳灯最威武。[2]

历史风貌与景区[edit]

三墩五里塘历史风貌区是2024年杭州市划定的首批历史风貌区之一，与西湖区留下老街同批入选。[6]

兰里景区在绕城公路西北侧外，面积约4.5平方千米，区内有绕城村、华联村两处村落和大片农田。[7]

荣誉[edit]

1998年7月，三墩镇获杭州市卫生城镇称号。[2]

2011年4月，三墩镇获得「2011年度国家级生态乡镇」称号，颁授方为环境保护部。[4]

三墩镇于2022年1月被认定为「2021年度浙江省美丽乡村示范乡镇」。[4]
