沁雅社区隶属文新街道，2001年3月成立，位于文三西路一带。社区东接古荡街道，西至竞舟路。社区因辖区内的沁雅花园而得名。[1][2]

1996年10月以前，此地属余杭区，之后改归西湖区。[1]

2001年3月，沁雅社区设立。[1][2]

辖区概况[edit]

社区占地0.22平方千米。辖区由亚洲城花园、黄龙公寓、丹桂公寓、沁雅花园与蒋村信用社宿舍5个小区组成，住户2112户。[1][2]

据博雅地名网，社区常住居民6200余人。[1]

2013年1月，社区被命名为「杭州市第七批绿色社区」。[1]
