德加社区隶属文新街道，位于杭州城西，紧挨西溪国家湿地公园，2001年3月设立。社区名称来自辖区内的德加公寓。[1][2]

社区原在余杭区境内，1996年10月起归西湖区管辖。[1] 2001年3月，社区正式成立。[1][2]

社区总面积187700平方米，绿化率48.8%，共有楼群78幢，住户2766户。[1]

社区辖美都新村、科技新村、中兴公寓与德加公寓4个小区。据博雅地名网，人口7000余人。[1]
