1996年10月以前此地属余杭区，之后归入西湖区。[1] 社区于2001年3月才成立。[1][2]
辖区概况[edit]
辖区包括4个住宅小区：星洲花园、香墅、紫荆雅苑与紫荆欣苑，总面积23.2万平方米。[1]
