文新街道是浙江省杭州市西湖区下辖的街道，位于区境北部，东南与古荡街道相邻，西与蒋村街道相连，北与三墩镇接壤。街道辖区面积5.05平方千米，1998年12月设立文新街道办事处。[2][3]

辖区内设15个社区（居民委员会）。其中11个社区于2000年12月至2001年3月间相继设立，阳光社区则在2014年由星洲社区拆分而来。[4][5]

历史沿革[edit]

这一带原属余杭三墩经济开发区，1993年开始开发。1996年经行政区域调整，此地划归西湖区，并改称蒋村商住区。[1]

1949年，此地属三墩区东岳乡。[2] 1998年12月，西湖区人民政府文新街道办事处成立，1999年1月28日正式挂牌。[1][3]

辖区各社区中，骆家庄社区的前身是骆家庄村，1999年撤村建居，2018年改设为社区。[6] 登云圩社区则是2003年由撤村建成的社区，2005年11月划入文新街道。[1][7]
