蒋村街道是浙江省杭州市西湖区下辖的街道，位于区境中部偏北，行政区域面积为13.84平方千米。[1][3]

此地南宋至清代称蒋村里，1997年设蒋村乡，2007年撤乡改设街道；街道东侧与黄龙国际商圈相接，南面毗邻西溪国家湿地公园。[2][4][1]

地名由来[edit]

据传，宋时兴福桥东侧住着一户姓蒋的富人。南宋抗金时他曾出资助饷，高宗即位后受封为侯，村子因此得名蒋村。[1]

沿革[edit]

南宋至清代，这里称蒋村里，隶属钱塘县崇化乡；清初形成集市，称蒋村市。[2]

1934年推行保甲制度时设蒋邱乡，隶属杭县三墩区。新中国成立初分设蒋村乡与邱桥乡，1956年并为东岳乡。1958年，其地分属留下公社东岳管理区与古荡管理区；1961年东岳划归西湖区，其余地域从留下公社析出，设蒋村公社，隶属余杭县。[2]

1984年设蒋村乡。1992年，它并入三墩镇；1994年11月，原乡域改设三墩经济区的蒋村办事处。[2]

1996年7月，原余杭市三墩经济区的蒋村办事处随区划调整划归杭州市西湖区人民政府，同年12月30日改为乡建制，1997年9月23日蒋村乡人民政府正式成立。[4]

2004年，蒋村乡所辖的10个行政村撤销，分别改设为社区。[4]

2007年，撤销蒋村乡建制，设立蒋村街道办事处；同时登云圩社区划归文新街道。调整后，蒋村街道下辖12个社区、1个行政村。[4]

2022年7月，街道拆分西溪里社区，新建西溪庐海社区，西湖区人民政府同年批复同意。[5]

地理环境[edit]

街道东侧与黄龙国际商圈相接，南面是西溪国家湿地公园，西面与仓前高教园区为邻，北面连接浙江大学紫金港校区。[2]

辖区北面与三墩镇相邻，西面毗连余杭区的五常街道，东侧接文新、古荡两个街道，东南侧与留下街道相接。街道办事处距西湖城区约6.7千米。[3]

截至2011年末，街道总人口为29272人。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2006年5月，蒋村街道的龙舟入选「第三批浙江省民族民间艺术之乡」名单。[1]
