地名[edit]
村域呈狭长形，地形似农具「泥埭」，村名由此而来。[3]
沿革[edit]
建国初属杭县天平乡，为第三村。1956年组建龙坞乡长埭农业社，1958年归杭州市上泗公社龙坞管理区，成为长埭生产队；1962年改设龙坞公社长埭大队，1984年称长埭行政村。[1]
产业与荣誉[edit]
村以茶业为传统产业，茶园与林地资源丰富，群山环绕，森林覆盖率较高。[2][3]
村党支部先后获「先进党支部」「先进集体」「党建示范单位」等荣誉，并获「西湖区五好村党组织」「西湖区基层党建工作示范点」等称号。[2]
