沿革[edit]
建国初属杭县白龙乡，为五村。1956年组建龙坞乡上城埭农业社，1958年归杭州市上泗公社龙坞管理区，设上城埭生产队；1962年改为龙坞公社上城埭大队，1984年称上城埭行政村。[1]
荣誉与旅游[edit]
2020年，村入选第二批全国乡村旅游重点村名单，并获「第六届全国文明村镇」称号。[3]
村内拥有国家级旅游景区称号。[3]
村两委推动特色旅游村建设，筹措项目资金，改善乡村旅游的配套服务，并盘活存量土地，以提高龙坞茶村的接待能力。[2]
