建置沿革[edit]
社区的前身是沈家弄行政村，辖有3个自然村。撤村设居的年份，百度百科记为2003年，博雅地名网则记社区成立于2004年1月，两说并录。[3][2]
社区建设[edit]
2010年，社区获评年度回迁安置工作先进集体，并获年度征地交地工作鼓励奖。[2]
社区党建围绕强化党员意识展开，开展「五联五共」「结对共建」等主题活动，组织在职党员培训学习，提升服务群众的本领。[2]
