历史沿革[edit]
建国初，这里属杭县屏峰乡，称第四村。1956年设留下镇东穆坞农业社；1958年划归杭州市，成为留下公社管理区下的东穆坞生产队。1961年设立留下公社东穆坞大队，1984年改为东穆坞行政村。[1]
茶叶与产业[edit]
村内茶地约1600余亩，属西湖龙井的二级保护区。[2]2021年10月，东穆坞村入选淘宝村名单；该名单由阿里研究院与南京大学的研究中心共同发布。[1]
