金鱼井社区是留下街道东部的社区，2002年6月由金鱼井村撤村建成，社区名取自辖内的一口古井。[1][2]社区辖区面积1.05平方千米，常住人口987人，下辖六个居民小区。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

南宋时辇道经过此地，道旁有井亭三间，跨在辇道之上，井中有金色的鱼游动，故称金鱼井，村因井而得名。[1]百度百科称该井可追溯至宋代，相传宋高宗曾驻足赏鱼。[2]

近年变化[edit]

2017年，社区作为「美丽西湖行动」的主要区域，实施了整村拆迁，原址建成回迁安置房。[2]
