地理环境[edit]
社区的四界为：东面莫干山路，西面马塍路，南面文三路，北面文二路。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
社区因地处马塍路北段而得名。[1]
1952年设邮电居民区，1963年设建工居民区，1982年设沈塘新村居民区。2001年3月，这三个居民区与日晖新村居民区的一部分合并，组建下马塍社区。[1][2]
