沿山河社区是北山街道下辖的社区，位于杭州市贸中心东面。其北面为天目山路，南面到西溪路；东边依傍保俶路，西边靠着杭大路。社区以东西横穿辖区的沿山河得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年和1960年，社区范围内先后设立杭大、沿山河村等居民区，并设有省军区第五干休所。2001年1月，其中两个居民区和省军区第五干休所被并在一起，建成沿山河社区。[1]
