宝石社区是北山街道下辖的社区，位于浙江省委、省政府的西侧。社区南临西湖，北接曙光路，背靠宝石山，因辖区内的这座山得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宝石新村居民区于1954年设立，下保俶路居民区则早在1949年就已设置，桃园新村居民区是1984年才设立的。2000年12月，三个居委会整合为宝石社区。[1]
