北山街道是浙江省杭州市西湖区下辖的街道，位于西湖区东南部、杭州城市中心区，紧邻古钱塘门，南面与西湖风景名胜区相接，辖7个社区。[3][4]

街道的名字来自附近的山岭：宝石山、葛岭和弥陀山连绵相接，统称北山，街道因此得名。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

街道于1954年8月设立。1960年，岳坟与松木场两个街道并入，改称西湖人民公社北山分社；1962年8月恢复北山街道的名称。[1][4]

1969年春西湖区被撤销、改建郊区，北山街道随之划归下城区；1972年10月西湖区恢复，北山街道重新归属西湖区。[1][4]

2002年以来，街道经过两次区划调整，辖区面积由原先的12.5平方公里缩减为3.4平方公里。[2]

2018年12月，街道被列入「第二批智慧健康养老示范街道（乡镇）名单」。此外，街道还被授予「中国街道之星」「全国体育先进社区」「浙江省级先进街道」「浙江省综合治理先进单位」「浙江省科普示范街道」等称号，博雅地名网未注明获得年份。[1]

街道北面沿天目山路与西溪街道相接，西面与灵隐街道为邻，西南与西湖街道接壤，东面与拱墅区的武林街道、上城区的湖滨街道和清波街道相连。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

宝石山位于西湖北里湖北岸，山高78米，山体岩石呈赭红色，阳光照耀时如同流霞，因此得名。西湖新十景评选时，它被命名为「宝石流霞」。[5]

保俶塔矗立在宝石山顶，建于五代十国时期，现存为八面七层的楼阁式砖塔，通高45.3米。塔身在民国十三年（1924年）因倾斜重修，民国二十二年（1933年）又修葺外观，2013年公布为第七批全国重点文物保护单位。[3][7]

岳飞墓又称岳坟、岳王庙，位于北山路80号的栖霞岭南麓，始建于南宋嘉定十四年（1221年），是南宋抗金名将岳飞的墓地。1961年3月4日，国务院将其公布为第一批全国重点文物保护单位。[6]

五四宪法起草地旧址位于北山街84号大院30号楼。新中国第一部宪法草案初稿正是在这里写成的：毛泽东带领起草小组于1953年12月开始工作，到1954年3月完成初稿。旧址为第八批全国重点文物保护单位。[8][3]

第一届西湖博览会工业馆旧址位于北山路42号，1928年12月动工，首届西湖博览会开幕前全部落成，是当年博览会新建建筑中唯一留存的一座。旧址2003年改建为博物馆，即西湖博览会博物馆；2019年公布为第八批全国重点文物保护单位。[9][10]

新新饭店位于北山路58号，紧邻西湖。它的前身是19世纪90年代建造的何庄，1913年定名为「新新旅馆」。饭店的西楼、中楼和秋水山庄为省级近代文物保护建筑。[13]

昭庆寺旧址位于昭庆寺里街22号杭州市青少年活动中心内，始建于五代后晋天福元年（936年），原为吴越国王钱元瓘创建的大昭庆律寺，是律宗寺院。旧址现仅存一座大殿，占地约504平方米，为杭州市第三批市级文物保护单位。[11]

广济医院松木场分院旧址位于宝石二路桃园新村，由英国圣公会传教士梅滕更于1914年主持兴建，沿宝石山东麓呈一字排开，现存多幢民国时期的砖木结构房屋，2013年公布为杭州市第五批市级文物保护单位。[12]

弥陀寺石刻在弥陀寺公园中，属清代作品，刻成于1878年，全文为《佛说阿弥陀经》。2023年6月29日，浙江省人民政府把它列为第八批省级文物保护单位。[14][1]
