京都苑社区属浙江省杭州市拱墅区文晖街道，居于街道南部，邻近京杭大运河，面积0.12平方千米。[1][2]

社区以京都苑小区为主，因濒临京杭大运河而取名京都苑社区。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区的前身是1950年建成的西俞家桥居民区，社区于2000年11月设立。[1]

居民与范围[edit]

社区东侧至建国北路，西侧靠上塘河，南侧临京杭大运河，北侧至朝晖路。辖区内的居民小区有三个，分别为京都苑、金都华庭与星都嘉苑。社区居民2239户，常住人口5605人。[1][2]
