流水西苑社区属浙江省杭州市拱墅区文晖街道，位于街道南部，紧邻京杭大运河，面积约0.18平方千米。[1][2]

社区名称来自1997年建成的流水苑，因其位于流水桥西段而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2001年3月，河（土罕）上与流水桥两个居民区组建为社区。至今仍用河罕上、张官弄、沙田里等旧地名。[1][2]

居民与范围[edit]

社区南面临京杭大运河，东、北两侧均临朝晖路，西至建国北路。社区内3335户居民，常住人口近万人。[1]

设施[edit]

社区南侧设有运河水上巴士码头，社区内有以“艮山十景”命名的公园，并建有运河休闲文化广场。[1]
