文晖街道属浙江省杭州市拱墅区，位于拱墅区中部偏东，辖区面积5.48平方千米，下辖8个社区。[1][2][4]

历史沿革[edit]

境域在宋至清时期属仁和县太平乡，民国时属杭县，并隶属杭州市第六区。[3][4]

1956年撤销艮山区，设东新乡，乡名取自境内古东新关。1985年3月改称东新街道。1999年7月，石桥乡与东新街道合并组建石桥镇。[3]

2004年8月，街道设立，由原艮山街道运河以北部分与原石桥镇的打铁关村、草庵村合并组建。[1]

2021年，原下城区、拱墅区撤销，以两区行政区域设立新的拱墅区，街道随之隶属拱墅区。[3][4]

地理环境[edit]

街道东侧以铁路为界，与上城区毗邻；南面隔京杭运河，与长庆、潮鸣街道遥对；西面以上塘河相隔，朝晖街道在其西侧；北边沿绍兴路桥、德胜路、香积寺路一线，与东新街道接壤。[1][2]

文化与遗存[edit]

街道境内曾是杭州运河中年代最早的河道上塘河的源头所在。[1]

近代浙江铁路货运的发端与浙江首条铁路江墅铁路有关，该铁路穿过原艮山门货运站一带。[1]

近代杭州工业的发源地之一也在街道境内，老工业基地杭氧、杭锅留下了大量工业遗存。[1]

艮山十景中有七景位于街道境内，街道简介列出的有石栏长阵、沙田红灯、俞家望月、吊桥流水等。[1]

体育设施[edit]

据2025年6月的街道报道，全街道共有20片多功能场地，公共体育场地合计2.08万平方米，其中一处是建于桥下空间的嵌入式体育公园。[5]
