历史沿革[edit]

社区由原老房地、大树山两个居委会，省人民医院宿舍和四区城基物管四个相对独立的居民住宅群整合而成，合并后取名老房地社区[1][2]。

2013年1月，社区被命名为「杭州市第七批绿色社区」[1]。
