凤麟社区位于杭州市中心的商业区，北面为凤起路，西面靠延安路，南面接庆春路，东面沿麒麟街、广福路与山子巷一线。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2001年10月，社区由广福、凤凰、庆春3个居民区，以及宝带桥居民区的部分地块并划组建，初名凤凰社区。[1][2] 同年11月，因与他处重名，改称凤麟社区。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

社区占地面积约14万平方米。[1] 社区名称以凤凰街、麒麟街得名。[3]
