皇亲苑社区是杭州市拱墅区天水街道下辖的社区，位于武林商圈核心区域，处在街道南部。社区北界为百井坊巷，南界为凤起路，东界为中山北路，西界为延安路。[1][3]
社区2001年1月组建，前身为皇亲巷、余官巷、茶叶弄等地块。占地面积12.1万平方米，辖区有居民楼33幢，住户2100户，常住居民约6000人。[1][3]
