胭脂新村社区是杭州市拱墅区天水街道下辖的社区，位于街道东北角。社区北侧为环城北路，南侧以体育场路为界，西侧接中山北路，东侧到中河立交桥。社区2000年9月由胭脂新村、小北门两个居民区合并组建。[1][3]

社区名称中的「胭脂」二字，源于一座已经湮没的燕支桥。[1] 辖区内的「小北门」古迹，即南宋时期的天宗水门。[1]

历史上著名的钱塘八景之一「北关夜市」即出于此地。[1]
