天水街道是浙江省杭州市拱墅区下辖的街道，位于区境东南部，处在杭州市中心的武林商圈一带。街道辖区面积1.37平方千米，下设7个社区。[1][2]

与长庆街道以中河相隔，南面和西面紧邻武林街道，西北接米市巷街道，北侧以京杭运河为界，河对岸是朝晖街道。[1]

维基百科称其位于武林广场附近，是武林中央商务区的主要区域。银泰百货、杭州大厦和百大集团等机构都设在街道内。[5]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代此地属仁和县。绍兴三年（1133年），仁和县治迁往招贤坊，即今百井坊巷，此地由此成为南宋临安城的核心地带之一。[4]

1927年杭州设市后，此地归杭州市城区；1949年6月设下城区，此地随之归入下城区。[4]

1954年8月设立街道，初名打枝巷街道，因境内的古打枝巷而得名。1960年改称下城人民公社天水分社，取境内古天水桥之名。1962年更名天水街道，1980年9月起恢复天水街道的名称。[4][2]

2021年3月，杭州市做行政区划调整，原下城、拱墅两区撤并，重新设立拱墅区，天水街道隶属新拱墅区。[4][1]

名胜古迹[edit]

司徒雷登故居位于耶稣堂弄1—3号，在天水桥畔。这座二层中西合璧的楼房由美国传教士司徒尔来杭后建造，美国驻华大使司徒雷登自幼在此居住。百度百科作清光绪二年（1876年）建，维基百科作1874年建。故居为浙江省第六批省级文物保护单位。[5][6][7]

毛泽东思想胜利万岁展览馆旧址，据博雅地名网在天水街道内。2017年1月13日，浙江省人民政府将其公布为第七批浙江省文物保护单位。[8]
