阔板桥位于社区境内，社区因此得名。社区居民以杭玻集团的职工为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

这一居民区在2001年3月被取消，改组为杭玻阔板桥社区，名称沿用至今。[2]

位置与界线[edit]

社区东侧以街道办事处东围墙与半山社区村道相隔，西南靠沈半路，北边是半山路。[1]

住宅与单位[edit]

社区以杭玻集团职工的住宅为主，此外有浙建公司、省安装公司、杭钢集团公司等单位的家属宿舍。辖区占地6万平方米，其中绿地1.5万平方米，有居民楼32幢。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2013年1月，社区获得「杭州市第七批绿色社区」称号。[1]
