德胜社区是浙江省杭州市拱墅区大关街道下辖的社区，位于辖区南部，北靠胜利河，东侧为上塘河。[1]

社区2023年获评全国示范性老年友好型社区，是当年拱墅区唯一获评的社区。[5]

历史沿革[edit]

2001年2月，锦花、红雨、东新、丹叶四个居民区合并为德胜社区。[3]

地名的来历，据博雅地名网所载，是因社区内的住宅小区德胜新村。[4]

地理环境[edit]

社区面积为0.22平方千米，南面沿德胜路，西侧邻上塘路。绿化面积0.09平方千米，绿化率39%。[1]

人口民族[edit]

社区有住户3558户，总人口9945人，老年人2055人。[1]

据拱墅区人民政府所载，德胜社区老龄人口占比32%，该社区被选为街道居家养老体系的试点。[5]

社区党委辖14个党支部，登记在册的党员有413人。[2]

2023年，德胜社区获评「全国示范性老年友好型社区」。据国家卫生健康委的拟命名名单公示，杭州市共9个社区入选，德胜社区是拱墅区当年唯一的获评社区。[5]
