东苑第二社区是浙江省杭州市拱墅区大关街道下辖的社区，位于街道东部，东侧临上塘河，南端接大关公园。[1]

社区由东五苑至东十苑六个苑组成，成立于2001年2月，地名取自其位于大关东苑之北的方位。[1][3][4]

社区成立于2001年2月，由原东苑第五、东苑第七两个居民区并入组建。[3]
