东苑第一社区是浙江省杭州市拱墅区大关街道下辖的社区，位于街道东南部，东侧临上塘河，南侧靠香积寺路。[1]

社区由原东苑第一、东苑第三两个居民区并入组建，名称来自其所在的大关东苑。[3][4]

社区成立的时间，博雅地名网的历史沿革一节作2001年2月，社区介绍则作2001年3月，两说相差一个月。两处都说它由原东苑第一、东苑第三两个居民区并入而成。[1][2][3]

地名的来历，据博雅地名网所载，是因地处大关东苑之南。[4]
