大关街道是浙江省杭州市拱墅区下辖的街道，位于拱墅区东南部，东临上塘河，隔河与东新、文晖、朝晖等街道相望。[3][1]

街道成立于1996年6月，由原上塘镇与米市巷街道的部分辖区合并而设。「大关」之名取自辖区内的古税关「北新关」。[1][3][4]

辖区北靠大关路，京杭大运河在旁，地势狭长，香积寺路贯穿东西。[2][5]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，辖区内原有古税关「北新关」，后称「大关」，地名由此而来。维基百科也记此地因税关「北新关」而得名。[1][4]

据百度百科，1949年此地属潮王乡，归上塘区管辖；1994年改属上塘镇，归拱墅区管辖。[3]

辖区原为农田。1985年前后，东新关、大关苑、德胜新村一带的住宅区陆续建成。[1]

1996年6月，上塘镇的大关苑与米市巷街道的德胜新村合并，设大关街道办事处，隶属拱墅区，名称沿用至今。[1][3]

辖区内的社区多在2000年至2001年间组建，大多由原有居民区合并或改组而成。[6]

地理环境[edit]

辖区北界为大关路，东侧以上塘河为界，西侧毗邻上塘路，南端抵达石灰坝一带。地域狭长，香积寺路由中部横贯东西。[2][5]

京杭大运河毗邻街道，辖区水系丰富。[5]

辖区面积的数字各家不一：博雅地名网与维基百科记为1.6平方千米，百度百科记为1.8平方千米，三者均未注明统计年份。[1][3][4]

辖区内设钱江小商品市场、通信器材市场与浙江省二轻装饰市场，共三家专业市场，另有农贸市场4家。[2]

群众文艺团体活跃，有40余支。[2]

拱墅区爱国主义教育基地之一，即行知中学所设的陶行知纪念馆。[2]

街道周边有幼儿园5所、小学3所、中学4所，另有一所邻近的大学，即浙江工业大学。[2]

截至2021年，街道先后获得「全国体育先进街道」「全国社区教育先进街道」「省东海文化明珠」「省级文明街道」等30多项荣誉称号。[5]
