文澜社区于2014年12月设立，属拱宸桥街道，位于古运河岸边、拱宸桥西侧。北以湖州街为界，南与登云路相接，东到小河路，西抵通益路，总面积0.75平方千米。[1][2]

小区与住户[edit]

辖区内有七个住宅小区：「小河路」「风景大院」「锦秀兰庭」「城市风景」「大河宸章」「九龙仓碧玺」「绿城运河宸园」，另有西瑞大厦一座商务楼。楼群共75幢，楼内住户5608户，目前实有住户2988户，流动人口约800人。[1][2]

社区党委设8个支部，在册党员212人，另有在职党员74人。[1]

教育与文化[edit]

辖区的教育资源包括卖鱼桥小学、大关中学、文澜幼儿园和拱墅区少年宫。[1]
