塘河新村社区位于小河街道，社区名取自社区内的住宅小区塘河新村。[1]

社区北以北大桥为界，西侧紧贴新开河，东边是莫干山路，南侧与塘河路相邻，总面积0.8平方千米。[1]

社区2000年组建，由塘河第一、塘河新村与塘河北村三个居民区合并而成。[1]

地理环境[edit]

社区共有4360户住户，有居民宿舍楼54幢。人口方面，外来人口约4800人，常住人口10840人（博雅地名网所载，未注明年份）。[1]

社区党委下设13个党支部。在册党员有315人，其中在职党员145人。[1]
