长征桥社区位于杭城北部，社区名取自境内的长征桥，是一个回迁型社区。[1]

社区东临西塘河，西接莫干山路，面积约1平方千米，共有住宅楼50幢，其中高层37幢。[1]

社区成立于2001年4月，由长征桥居民区改组而成。[1]

2005年5月，社区配套用房投入使用，面积为780平方米。[1]
