沈塘桥社区位于杭州市拱墅区米市巷街道，因地处沈塘桥而得名。[1][5]

社区处在湖墅南路以西、莫干山路以东，潮王路在其南，文晖路在其北，面积0.33平方千米。[2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网的历史沿革一节记，社区于2001年2月由原莫干新村、古新路两个居民区，以及建新新村、维元弄部分区域组建；其概况一节则记为2001年4月成立。[1][2][3][4]

社区住户计3005户，常住人口6315人中，年逾六十者有1742人。[2][3]
