和华社区位于江干科技园内，名称来自它沿和睦港与九华路一线而建。[2]

分区与居民[edit]

社区的建筑面积共46.3万平方米，计3493户。常住总人口5515人，其中户籍人口1717人。辖区内另有多家商户与单位。[1]

全区分为两个片区。其一为多立方片区，四界是：和睦港以东，规划支六路以南，九昌路以西，九华路以北；面积21.7万平方米，配套用房520平方米，住户有1605户。其二为罗兰春天、九润公寓片区，四界是：三卫西路以东，九华路以南，九福路以西，九环路以北；面积24.6万平方米，配套用房623平方米，住户有1888户。[1]

建立经过[edit]

2010年12月，江干区人民政府批准设立和华社区。2011年8月，中共和华社区党支部建立。目前党员共33人。[1]

第一次居民代表大会于2012年9月26日召开。同年10月20日，第一届居民委员会经民主选举产生，并同时组建了议事协商委员会。目前社区有社工13人。[1]
