九华社区是九堡街道的一个社区，名称来自其四至范围内的九华路。[2]
位置与楼盘[edit]
社区北边为九华路，东边到九昌路，南边是德胜路，西边止于九盛路，与彭埠镇相邻。社区覆盖的三个楼盘是汇盛德堡、人才公寓与西子海棠，占地190260平方米，共23幢、1914户，入住率超过85%。[1]
建立经过[edit]
三个楼盘中，汇盛德堡于2009年交付，聚英公寓与海棠公寓则于2012年交付。社区筹建于2009年8月，由这三个小区构成。[2]
社区于2009年8月27日正式成立，2011年12月设居民委员会。2014年6月党支部换届，现有3名成员；2014年7月居民委员会换届，现有5名成员。[1][2]
