社区的东界规划中的海景路，西侧与阳光国际相邻，北界为下沙路。辖内有丽江公寓、悦麒美寓两个小区，合计3536户。[1]
建立经过[edit]
2009年11月，社区设立筹建小组；次年11月，党支部得以建立。2011年12月，首届居民委员会经选举产生。[1]
