社区东面与杭州经济技术开发区相连，西北方向依傍江干科技经济园开发区。地铁一号线九堡站设在社区之内；穿过社区的道路有艮山东路、杭海路，以及下沙路与德胜快速路，距沪杭甬高速德胜出入口约1公里。[1]
快速公交B1路以及210、309、320、325、339、357、401、509、525、842等公交线路在社区内设有站点。[1]
