九堡街道是浙江省杭州市上城区的街道，由原九堡镇撤镇设立。[1][2] 地名的来历据博雅地名网所载：钱塘江堤岸上，自杭州观音塘数起，此处是第九座堡房，故名九堡。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代后期，此地归杭州市第六区与第七区所辖。1949年，它被划入杭州市笕桥区与艮山区。[2]

1956年起，此地改由杭州市人委下属的郊区办事处统辖。[2] 1958年10月，此处设立九堡人民公社。[3]

此地在1983年成为九堡乡，1985年12月由乡升格为镇。1996年5月8日起，九堡镇归杭州市江干区管辖。[2]

2014年12月，杭州市人民政府以杭政函〔2014〕194号批复撤销九堡镇建制，在原辖区设立九堡街道，由江干区政府直辖。[2][4] 2021年3月，撤销上城区、江干区并设立新的上城区，九堡街道随之隶属上城区。[2]

地理环境[edit]

街道位于上城区东部。东面与钱塘区下沙街道相接，西面连着彭埠街道，西北方向挨着笕桥街道，北边依傍临平区乔司街道；南边以钱塘江为界，隔江与萧山区宁围镇遥遥相对。面积15.8平方千米。[2]

区域内有河道12条，合计22.7公里；沿钱塘江的岸线为2.7公里，潮水自东向西流过九堡。2021年，耕地合计1624亩，飞地为998亩。[2]

行政区划与人口[edit]

2022年10月，街道下设21个社区和2个行政村：杨公、蚕桑、牛田、格畈、新江花园、八堡、金海、魅力城、红苹果、蓝桥、丽江、兴安、九华、金雅苑、和华、江涛、九塘、相江、景蓝、三卫、九堡21个社区，以及三村村、宣家埠村。[2]

按2020年末的第七次全国人口普查，全街道共244135人，其中户籍83676人，非户籍160459人。同一政府网站所载2022年的总人口为210307人。[2]

社会事业[edit]

街道的社区卫生服务中心成立于1956年，属公立基层医疗机构，其下有11个一体化管理的卫生服务站。[2]

荣誉[edit]

「2012—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」这一称号，2014年6月由环境保护部授予九堡街道。[1]

2020年12月，街道入选「第四批智慧健康养老示范街道（乡镇）」。[1]
