历史沿革[edit]
南宋至解放初称高塘村。1956年农业合作社时期，村内设建立社和建塘社，后两社合并，取名建塘社。[1]
村子2006年撤销改建社区，2008年起全面拆迁，2014年10月起陆续回迁，于是重新组建为建塘苑社区。[1]
辖区[edit]
社区管辖建塘家苑与翡丽湾（在建）两个小区；东侧是同协路，西、南两面为五会港，北侧为上塘河，辖区面积0.46平方公里，规划居民户数3263户。[1]
