明珠社区是浙江省杭州市上城区丁兰街道下辖的社区，位于街道东南部，因相邻明珠街而得名。社区是丁桥镇首批成立的城市新型社区。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

社区于2009年12月获原江干区人民政府批准筹建，2012年11月完成两委会选举。[1][2]

辖区[edit]

社区东侧靠东风港，南侧到沪杭铁路，西侧临勤丰路，北侧沿明珠街，总面积约0.42平方公里。[1][2]

社区有丁桥景园北苑、后珠美邻嘉苑两个经济适用房小区，以及丁桥联合新苑公租廉租房小区，规划总户数2835户。辖区内设有丁桥公交中心站，并有丁兰实验学校、丁兰第二幼儿园等单位。[2]
