长睦苑社区是浙江省杭州市上城区丁兰街道下辖的社区，2008年8月成立。社区东以环丁路为界，南至大农港路，西至长虹路，北至勤丰港。据博雅地名网，社区总户数4079户，为街道辖区内规模最大的社区。[1][2]

村名来自村内的长睦桥，设社区后仍沿用原村名。[1]
2008年7月，镇党委与政府先后发文，设立社区党总支与筹建小组，同年8月1日授牌。[1]
辖区[edit]
社区包括天阳观筑、联合格里两个商品房小区，长睦家苑安置房小区，以及邻里人家东苑、西苑两个经济适用房小区。[2]
社区处于商业综合区，毗邻新城广场、丁兰广场与丁兰公园，辖区内有杭师大附属丁兰实验学校兰园校区和丁兰第三幼儿园。[2]
