辖区与设施[edit]
社区东以丁城路为界，南抵杭玻街，西接同协路，北至明珠街，面积约0.27平方公里。社区下辖三个小区：龙湖名景台南苑、龙湖名景台北苑，以及中旅城仕公馆，规划总户数3118户。[1][2]
社区毗邻同协河与五会港，周边有丁信小学、丁信幼儿园和杭州市电子信息职业学校。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
社区名称取自辖区内的五会港桥，该桥连接两岸。[1]
社区于2020年12月设立居民委员会，此前的2016年为筹建阶段。[2]
