普新社区位于彭埠街道，处在德胜路以北、备塘路以东，东至普德路，南至德胜路，西沿冯普路，北至九州路。社区面积40.28万平方米，规划居住户数4024户。[1][2]社区于2014年12月1日正式成立，博雅地名网载现处于筹建阶段。[1]
社区建设[edit]
社区辖区内主要有远洋心里、万科紫台、中大普升和中铁水岸国际花园四个商品房楼盘。备塘河流经社区，已实施整治工程。[1][2]
普新邻里中心设在普德路131号，共6层，总面积4800余平方米，是彭埠首座兼具服务、展陈、活动与孵化功能的综合型邻里中心。2022年11月，该中心入选杭州市首批示范型社区服务综合体名单。[3]
2022年1月，社区入选浙江省2021年度省级「民主法治村（社区）」名单。[1]2024年，街道积极争创普新省级未来社区。[4]
