建华社区位于彭埠街道，在沪杭与德胜路互通立交入口的南面，艮山东路的北面。社区设8个居民小组，有居民611户，2700余人。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年，此地称建新村。文化大革命结束后，改名为建华村。2007年，村改为社区，称建华社区。[1]

自2007年起，社区因城市化推进陆续征迁，先后经历了地铁一号线等项目的四次征迁。2011年6月，社区整村拆迁；2014年9月，一期安置房开始回迁。[1][2]
