普福社区位于彭埠街道东部，地铁双站都在社区附近，沪杭甬高速与德胜路穿过社区。社区共10个居民小组，户数587户，户籍人口2748人。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

社区原为普福村，又称普利大队。2009年，社区推进整村拆迁。2015年10月25日，居民全部回迁，回迁率为98.37%。[2][3]

社区概况[edit]

社区是彭埠两个融合型大社区之一，既有安置房，也有商品房、公租房、酒店式公寓和综合体，居民来源多元，人员结构较为复杂。社区采用「1+3+N」治理模式，划分网格，并设有楼道长机制。[4]

社区自2017年起开展「普福妈妈故事会」，以0至6岁儿童及其家庭为对象，开展亲子阅读活动。[4]

博雅地名网载，社区此前曾获全国计生协会先进单位，并获「浙江省全面建设小康社会示范村」「浙江省文明单位」等称号。[1][2]
