江锦社区位于钱江新城核心区内。东面是钱江路，南面挨着新业路，西边到新塘路，北边靠庆春东路。社区以辖内的江锦路得名。[1]

江锦社区属回迁安置社区，2012年3月成立。[1]

辖区面积近0.8平方千米，社区总规模5058套。共有住宅楼30幢、46个单元，分东苑、南苑、北苑三个小区。居民中，流动人口1万余人，常住人口7000余人。[1]

2021年6月，社区被认定为「第二批浙江省高质量就业社区（村）」。[1]
