三堡社区是浙江省杭州市上城区四季青街道下辖的撤村建居社区。社区东面与彭埠御道社区为邻，南边到杭海路，西侧挨着五福社区，北侧与水湘社区接壤。[1][2]

社区前身为三堡行政村，2002年12月撤村建社区。辖区内京杭运河入江口的三堡船闸穿社区而过。[2][1]

历史沿革[edit]

三堡行政村辖有8个自然村。建国初属六甲乡；1956年农业合作社隶属新塘乡；1958年为生产队，隶属笕桥人民公社；1961年改为生产大队，隶属乌龙人民公社。[3]

1966年改名建新大队，隶属四季青人民公社；1979年称三堡生产大队；1984年起改为三堡行政村。2002年12月撤村建社区。[3]

人口与安置[edit]

外来人口2600余人，社区面积1.5平方千米，常住人口5200余人。社区于2013年底完成整体征迁，之后进入回迁安置的过渡阶段。[1]

荣誉[edit]

社区先后获得「全国造林绿化千佳村」「浙江省卫生先进单位」「社会主义新农村建设示范村」「杭州市充分就业社区」「杭州市和谐社区」等称号，并获「江干区征地房屋（扫尾）工作优秀社区」。[1]
