历史沿革[edit]
原先这里是三里亭行政村。1956年曾设三里亭农业合作社，归新塘乡管辖；1958年划为笕桥公社的三里亭大队；1964年一度叫工农大队；1984年又定名三里亭行政村。[1]
辖区概况[edit]
东侧是麦苗港，西侧挨着机场路一巷，南侧沿机场路，北侧以顾家畈路为界。社区由九个苑点构成，有三里新城的橘苑、梅苑、柳苑，三里亭东苑与村民家园，以及一区部分楼幢、健康教育所宿舍、江能公司宿舍和克拉公寓；住宅分农居点与住宅区两类。[1]
社区内有住宅92幢，总户数2160户。辖区单位包括杭州第二福利院与三里亭幼儿园。[1]
