常青苑社区位于杭州市上城区采荷街道东部。它东面沿钱江路与钱江新城相连，南面与静怡、江汀两个社区相邻，西靠秋涛路，北至解放东路。[1][2]

名称与历史[edit]

社区原先是四季青镇常青行政村的驻地，因此得名。2001年，村庄拆除后建立居委会，即为常青苑社区。[1]

据百度百科，2021年杭州市行政区划调整前，社区属江干区；调整后归入上城区。[2]

辖区概况[edit]

社区由常青公寓1至5幢、静安花苑10幢与常青苑22幢三个小区组建。博雅地名网载，社区现有住宅楼7幢、17个单元，总人口2185人，其中常住953人、流动1232人，居民728户。[3]

辖区内的重点单位有浙江农信与杭州新阔实业有限公司等。[1]

社区的荣誉有区扶残助残爱心社区，以及省城市体育先进社区与市充分就业社区，另有市劳动保障规范化站室。[3]

常青乐社会工作服务中心设在社区内，2017年12月22日成立，它以承接公共服务项目的方式，为居民提供社会组织培育与矛盾调处服务。[2]
